You will exist able to utilize them; however if they're warped, like mine were, y'all won't get the all-time rut transfer; and they may rock on the burners. I ended upward buying some inexpensive, flat bottom stainless pans, which take held upwardly amazingly well, the twenty dollar fix is still going potent thirteen years later.

Aye you can, only in my case unless I was the bottom of the pans and scrub them before every apply I get transfer of the oxidation onto the stove acme and its a bitch to clean. All my copper bottom pans are at present in storage. Had to go with coated bottom pans and they must be dry out before I put them on the stove peak.

I have a new glass stove top for the first time. I was warned by others to not melt with copper bottom pots and pans (Revere Ware) on it, since it can damage the glass stove superlative. Is in that location whatever truth to this? Thank you.

According to this, copper and aluminum are fine, merely they recommend non dragging either of these types of cookware across the cooking surface as they tend to scratch the surface. Across that, with Whirlpool at least, copper is rubber. (05/12/2010)
